Aimed at: Women
General objective: To provide a psychoeducative space of safe and contained reflection that facilitates the development of women’s personal and social autonomy so that they achieve a life free of violence, and can make free, responsible, and informed decisions regarding their sexuality. Thereby improving their quality of life and enhancing their empowerment.
- The Way of the Wise Woman
Aimed at: Women who have taken the workshop “Walking in My Own Footsteps”.
General objective: To create a protected space where, through a process of self-analysis and reflection, women recover past experiences in order to enhance their resilience and human development, generating an atmosphere of sorority and trust in which they themselves recognize the cultural and family mandates that lead them to hide their own emotions and desires. That they are able to begin to externalize what they need and desire, they are aware of unresolved pains and work on their wounds and self-forgiveness.
- Learning to Raise Your Daughters and Sons in a Healthy and Loving Way I
Aimed at: Mothers and grandmothers.
General objective: To develop competences to exercise a healthy and effective marentality, reflecting on the perception that mothers have of the behavior and feelings of their daughters and sons and exploring their own resources and difficulties as mothers.

Aimed at: Mothers and grandmothers who have taken the first part of the workshop Learning to Raise Your Daughters and Sons in a Healthy and Loving Way.
General objective: Strengthening marental competences and women’s resources to ensure good child treatment by promoting reflection around mothers’ beliefs and educational models to strengthen a positive vision of the future.
- Listening to My Body. Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse
Aimed at: Girls and boys from 3 to 6 years old. They do not need to be able to read and/or write.
General objective: To promote self-awareness and recognition of body sensations in children, to develop self-care and alert behaviors for significant adults in their lives.
- Taking Care of Myself. Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse
Aimed at: Girls and boys from 6 to 12 years old.
General objective: That children have good information in sexuality and acquire tools so that they can detect or recognize child sexual abuse, starting from the main value, respect, which is on which the workshop is based.

Aimed at: Adolescents between 12 and 17 years old.
General objective: To socialize sexual and reproductive rights for the informed exercise of them, inclusively, comprehensively and flexibly, from a multicultural approach. Work is hinged on the prevention of sexual violence.

Aimed at: Adolescents between 12 and 17 years old.
General objective: To socialize sexual and reproductive rights for the informed exercise of them and the ways of generating healthy links based on justice, dignity, and good treatment. Inform and raise awareness among adolescents about their sexual rights and the free exercise of sexting.

Aimed at: Teens and young adults.
General objective: To raise awareness and increase the knowledge, skills and attitudes of young people at the high school and university level, in the prevention and attention to / detection of gender violence in courtship and in other affective-erotic relationships, from the perspective of gender with emphasis on masculinities.
