Missing persons

In 2009, as a result of the exacerbation of violence in the state of Chihuahua from the war against drug trafficking that began during the six-year period of president Felipe Calderón, we began to provide attention to women who asked for help in finding their relatives who had disappeared.

Therefore, through the program of accompaniment to relatives of missing persons, we advise and follow up on cases of persons who are forced (committed by members of the State) or involuntary (committed by individuals with the acquiessence of the authorities), and provide comprehensive accompaniment to their relatives.
